Accessible bathrooms are located on every level of RAC Arena.
The RAC Arena Car Park has 14 ACROD bays. The first set are located near the Milligan St entrance, with the second set located towards the back of the car park near the Suite Holders and Mobility Entry. ACROD bays are allocated on a first come first served basis.
Companion cards are accepted for all events at RAC Arena. Special access, wheelchair, or companion card tickets can now be booked via:

All catering and ticketing outlets on site accept EFTPOS. The 2026 United Cup Perth is a cashless event.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted into the venue.
Patrons are permitted to enter with a limit of one (1) sealed 600ml PET bottle of water, per person.
RAC Arena's Camera Policy: Possession of the following items is prohibited at the Venue: All professional cameras (those with detachable lenses or telephoto lenses);
Images of the United Cup Perth taken with a camera, mobile phone, or other wireless device cannot be used for any purpose other than for private and domestic purposes. You cannot sell, license, publish or otherwise commercially exploit photographs. Flash photography is not permitted in seating areas. Publishing video footage is forbidden.
Yes, there are multiple outlets which serve food across the venue.
Children aged 3–11 as at the date a ticket is presented for entry at the event may purchase a Kids Ticket. Children aged 2 and under as at the date a ticket is presented for entry at the Event may enter at no charge, provided they do not occupy a reserved seat.
An external cloak room is located to the right of the main entry where you can leave any large bags or prohibited items that can’t come inside. Once you’re inside the venue, we can also store smaller items at our Information Desk.
All patrons aged 12 years old and over must have the appropriate form of concession to purchase a concession reserved seat ticket. They must present the relevant concession documentation at the point of purchase and upon entry into the event.

RAC Arena has many filtered water fountains throughout the venue which the Arena staff can direct you to.
There is currently no public Wi-Fi available at RAC Arena.

Each session will comprise of three matches: one men’s single match, one women’s singles match and one mixed doubles match. Both singles matches will feature the No.1 ranked single player within the team.
All lost and found items are taken to reception after an event.
You can give them a call between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday – Friday, to find out if your lost item has been located. The number to call is 08 6365 0700.
Lost property is logged and held for up to three months. After this time, if it hasn’t been claimed, it will be donated to The Salvation Army.
Every accessible toilet in the arena has baby change facilities.
The United Cup will run in Perth from the 02 January 2026 – 7 January 2026.
You aren’t able to bring your pram inside the venue but you can store it at our external cloaking tent. This is located on the right hand side, when facing the main entrance. See the venue map here.
You can report any issues of disturbances to the RAC Arena Information Desk on the day of your attendance.
Tennis Australia and RAC Arena take the safety and security of all guests at our events very seriously. As such, you will be subjected to security checks upon entry to the arena and will be asked to comply with the direction of security guards, staff and the WA Police when on site if required.
RAC Arena is a non-smoking venue, including e-cigarettes and vapes.
United Cup Perth tickets can be purchased via the Ticketek website.
Bookings cannot be changed to another session after purchase.
For the comfort and safety of patrons and players, the following items are NOT permitted in the Event without the express authorisation of TA:
alcohol
bags and backpacks larger than an A4 sheet of paper, including suitcases
tennis racquets, beach balls or other inflatable devices, frisbees, helium balloons
camera tripods, monopods, telephoto camera lenses with a focal length capacity greater than 200mm
video cameras or handy-cams
audio recorders
any other devices used for recording or transmitting scoring data or other statistical information for commercial purposes (including sports betting)
eskies, hampers, large containers in excess of 1.5 litres
glass (including bottles), cans, ceramic and breakable containers;
flags, banners, signs larger than 180cm by 90cm in size or with handles longer than 50cm
animals other than animals recognised as assistance animals under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992
bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, rollerskates, scooters (other than scooters used as a disability aid in accordance with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992)
unauthorised promotional, commercial, political, religious or offensive items of whatever nature including clothing, flags, banners, signs, symbols, leaflets, stickers or flyers
any other dangerous item or good, substance, weapon, including knives.
The following items are permitted, however such items are subject to security check on arrival at the Event and must be presented for security approval. TA, SOPA and ASM Global, as applicable, maintain the right to prohibit any of the below items as deemed necessary for the safety and comfort of others:
small bags, including handbags;
non-alcoholic beverages or drink bottles in plastic;
food, in permissible packaging, including baby food;
plastic or paper cutlery only;
deodorant and perfume;
medicine;
umbrellas (must be shorter than 300mm in length when in the closed position).
